This specific Full Moon Meditation will directly follow our Shine Your Light donation-based vinyasa class and also be donation-based, with all proceeds going directly to Take Back the Night’s Shine Your Light initiative. You may still use your class package to register.
Regular Full Moon Meditation Description:
Join Kristen Stanley for a group meditation every Saturday closest to the full moon, from 6:00 - 7:30pm. All are welcome—those new to meditation, those with a regular practice, and anyone and everyone in between! Together we will enjoy a seated meditation, a walking meditation, and have time for discussion. No experience is necessary. Suitable for beginners.
