What's ailing you? Anxiety, depression, and chronic pain are all linked and trigger changes in brain structure. Science is proving that Yoga has a very positive effect on the brain, opposite to that of chronic pain, and that practicing yoga helps to reduce chronic pain symptoms, insomnia, anxiety and impaired cognitive function. 

Join Gillian St. Clair and Allie King for an afternoon of gentle yoga, meditation, and soothing self care strategies  designed to stimulate the relaxation response and break up chronic pain signalling in the brain. All levels, no prior yoga experience needed.
