The recipe for hand balancing includes a mix of skill & strength. Learn both throughout this series, covering the physical and mental fundamentals of the handstand. Instruction will start with proper body alignment, muscle engagement and activation. Dustin will share his own training techniques and methodology to condition your wrists and bodies’ for handstands. Students will learn how to properly and confidently spot the handstand, while also building balance in their own pose. Various entrance methods will also be covered for current and future practice. This series will include some lecture and lots of practice each class.
