Wall Flow and Yin Pop-up

Walls keep us honest, but they can also offer support. Experience the best of both in this creative, challenging, and ultimately relaxing 90-minute pop-up class! The first half of class will include standing and seated Vinyasa and will transition into longer held Yin poses. We use the walls, floors, and various props to hold and align postures, for longevity in body and mind.
