Learn poses that help alleviate irritability, mood swings, headaches, cramps, PMS, spasms, slow heavy bleeding, and relieve tension and feelings of heaviness in your abdomen. Ending with a nice long relaxation to help restore your entire body and quiet your mind. Ages 12 and up. Beginners-Advanced. No prior yoga experience necessary.
