Roll & Release is a prop based system of yoga designed to increase flexibility, ease or eliminate pain and deeply calm the nervous system by working with the connective tissue of the body, also known as fascia.
In this 4 week series you'll learn a variety of techniques that you can take out of the studio and into your home practice.
This series is part self myofascial massage, part yin yoga, part anatomy class, and a lot of rolling around on the ground. Therapy balls will be provided for your use during the class.
Pre-registration is required and space is limited to 15 people.
Handouts of sequences practiced in class will be provided.
This series meets on consecutive Fridays.
